If your transfer has been substantially reduced through bank charges, you will have to pay the difference to the appropriate conference fee at the registration desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for MORE2012

Cancellations received in writing before October 15, 2012 will be subject to an administrative charge of €20. After October 15, 2012, no refunds can be given. However, substitutions will be accepted anytime up to the conference date. Refunds will be issued after the conference.

If for any reason beyond our control we are forced to cancel the conference, the conference fee already paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible after deduction of an overhead not exceeding 10%.
